Langlauf is a 10K Cross Country Ski Race that takes place at the Mount Spokane Nordic Ski Center, which is the premier Cross Country Ski Area in the Inland Northwest.  The race takes place on the traditional 10K course and has wave starts to accommodate skiers of all abilities and speeds.  And the pre and post race amenities may be even more epic than the race itself.

Kids, 10 and under, are free with a paid adult (one child per adult)

Adaptive Skier Category
If you are visually impaired or a sit skier you will be able to participate in our Wave start, but at Junction 1 will continue on Linder Road to a turnaround at the Inland gate then back to Brian's and our traditional finish line. Adaptive skiers must register but their guide skier can accompany them for no cost. Guides will need to sign a waiver the morning of the race, but do not need to pay unless they want to be timed. Guides will be considered volunteers and entered in the prize drawing.
